Profile Pic Problem

I can't change my profile pic, despite ensuring that I've met the website's parameters. Please help.

I've tried a coupe of different pics but it always says failed. Also I think I've seen my comment just once in the scores section and most are still from previous years. Is this year being collected? I will say that my scores are nothing compared to some but it would l d be nice to see my name in lights too.

I've never had any luck in getting a profile pic to work -- even when it says it has worked, it hasn't.

As for scores, yes, this year I've seen both my comments/scores and have seen the scores being collected monthly. Sometimes I feel sure I've done a puzzle & don't see my previous scores in the comments (where I'm pretty good about posting them) but I realize that often it just may seem like the same puzzle.
