Default Bad ad

A couple of clicks into a new puzzle, an ad took over the screen. Completely covered the puzzle. Couldn't find the close "x" on the ad. I have a logic-puzzle button set on my tool bar, so I was able to quickly go to the home page and restart the puzzle from recent puzzles. Since the timer was running, I didn't spend too much time studying the ad, but it was for Fling. Can the ads be on the pages before or after the puzzle, not when we don't want to take the time to read the ad because there is a puzzle to be solved?
