Question Programming

I've been a long-time Penny-Press Logic-Puzzle magazine solver, though recently got into the online variety, and I'm intrigued by the generator on this site and being able to create custom/random puzzles. Who is the developer of that bit of code? Is it possible to get a look at the source code of how it creates the puzzles/clues? It looks like it's written in PHP, which I'm an experienced developer in; is the site looking for any additional developers to enhance the existing setup (I see some requests in the forums for new features, and bugs with the random clues not always being that relevant)?
