Default 'Illogical' logic

I have come across a couple of puzzles which have made me chuckle with their clues.

One puzzles concerning allergies and what people had to eat...The person with the seafood allergy had the shrimp. More fool them I say

Another example concerns birthdays and starsigns. 5 birthdates and 5 starsigns which did not match up at all to what the starsigns would be in real life... The person born on November 1st is the Gemini, and so on.

Has anyone come across any other examples?

I was figuring out which astronomer had the hobby of astronomy the other day.

I'll still take that over any puzzle involving 5 people named Kaylee, Kylee, Kylie, Kaylie, and Kallie! Ok, I haven't seen one that bad, but I've had a bunch with 2 or 3 names right on top of each other.
