Default Someone do this puzzle PLEASE!

I am a newbie, and I love these puzzles but sometimes I am so stuck, I do it over and over and over and still come up with the same WRONG solution. Can someone do this simple 4x4 puzzle and tell me if it is solveable? Why I keep having trouble with the programmer response is killing me.
