Only puzzles with 10% success rate?

All I'm getting are puzzles with a 10% success rate. I did one just to see what it was like and it was easy but still, all I'm getting are 10% success rate puzzles

This should now be fixed - we upgraded to a new server, and apparently the latest version of MySQL handles decimal values differently than our old one, so all success rates were transferred over as 9.99%.

We've re-migrated the solve rate values - properly this time - so this should now be set.
