I hope I can be of help to you. When you log in, look on the upper right corner, and see where it says "recent games". Click in, and you will see that there is a list of all the games you have played in the last 24 hours. It appears as if you have twenty-four (24) hours to complete the puzzle or go back to it. After that time period, the game is lost unless it comes up randomly when you start a new game.

If there are any other solutions, I am unaware of it and hopefully someone can gave us further information.
