Thanks so much, that is the way forward. To solve it I had used either solution to clue 2, and discovered that it only worked if Lowell was Satyrid, but I knew that this was not the way forward.

I have solved this puzzle by using one option of two and then repeatedly resolving until I got there. This is the end of where I cannot logically exclude more....
