"Retry Problem"
 

Somehow there was a puzzle that was initiated by another user that I attempted to solve.
the "retry" red indicator won't go away. What do I do to get rid of the "retry"?

I don't think you have to get rid of it. You still have a 100% completion recorded in your stats. That's all that really matters. Another interesting question is why a puzzle that was initiated by another user appears sometimes for no reason that you caused...
