Post puzzle completion error message

I've completed a few puzzles and every time I finish them it comes up with the same message:

"Error: This puzzle has already been completed. Please click here to start a new puzzle. "

All my stats still update but I can't view any details of the puzzle I've completed.

I've tried logging out then back in and it still appears.

Any help with this?

Don't even look. When you see you've solved correctly, start another. Hall of fame has the only stats that matter.

you probably pressed back browser and filled it in again.. when u finish a puzzle press new game or solve another puzzle to begin a new game.

That would make sense, but I never use the back button as I'm well aware of the problems it can create. It has appeared after every one of the 30-odd puzzles I've completed.

Mikiboop is right though, it doesn't really matter. It's just a little confusing as it doesn't even give me a message saying I've finished the puzzle.
