Logic Error?

I'm having trouble with a puzzle that has the times in the left-hand column listed out of sequence.

Flight Times

6:00am
9:00am
4:00pm
8:30pm
8:00pm
Are these just mislabeled or truly out of sequence? I've been going for a 100% solve rate so am leaving my browser open until I can figure this out. But it's really throwing me.

I think I had that puzzle. As I recall, they are truly out of order. So mark the 8:30 in the row for 8:30, and you should be ok.
